The website is operated under the Nexolve brand and has an informational and contact-oriented character. It presents activities in the field of near sourcing of products, B2B sourcing, support in the search for and verification of suppliers, organization of cooperation with manufacturers and operational support in the supply chain.
The Terms of Use are made available on the website free of charge in a manner that enables their retrieval, reproduction and storage.
For these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:
The website is not an online store, marketplace or transaction platform. The website does not enable the placement of a paid order, online payments or automatic conclusion of a contract.
